Long Description

The master bedroom offers a gorgeous ocean view, even from the bed. Wake to this view and you're sure to have a good day. There is a large closet, twin side-by-side stone sinks and a walk-through shower that has a glass door to the outside. Once there you'll notice that you can choose to shower in the great outdoors as well. The master bedroom is separated from the other 2 bedrooms by their shared bathroom. There is abundant storage areas as well. The pool is an "L" configuration with a shallow area for lounging and perfect for children. The pool surround is all coralina which has, by many builder's estimation, become cost-prohibitive. It is always cool, even in intense equatorial sun. The view is, hmmmm... how to put this... to die for. Yeah, let's go with that. It's to die for. Uvita's famous Whales Tail, the Roca Ballena (Whale Rock) and overlooking the national marine park Marino Ballena. The property is located about 10 minutes from the grocery store and other of the many conveniences & services of Uvita. Your choice of beaches is about 15 minutes away and if you're looking to rent, the demand for nice rental homes in this area is high. Secure key-less entry Walls: cement block.
