Long Description

The graceful contemporary design provides a wonderful juxtaposition and backdrop to the natural setting. The house is filled with custom designed hand-crafted furniture. Costa Rican Guanacaste wood from a storm-felled tree provides richness and warmth contrasting against the the polished concrete floors and the clean white Silestone and stainless steel surfaces. The heart of the home is an open-concept great room that incorporates the living, dining, and kitchen areas. This area has massive sliding glass doors that offer expansive views and can be opened up to maximize the breezes. This area is also ideal for entertaining and opens up to a 35m2 deck with newly installed recycled plastic decking material. On this level is also the 4th bedroom which has access to the deck.
