The pool is solar heated and measures 28X16 Ft and 11,000 gallons capacity. Property is 2,100ft above sea level, 10 mins from Orotina, 20 mins to Atenas, 10 mins from new Hwy which is 40 mins to the Pacific coast and also excellent proximity to new future International Orotina Airport. Orotina has grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. If you drive 40 mins on new Hwy 27 you can reach bigger stores like Pricesmart, EPA which is like Home Depot, Malls etc. The home is 12 years old in excellent condition, with underground sprinkler system, alarm system, and split A/C units throughout. A/C units are occasionally used during Feb/Mar/Apr. House is serviced with excellent drinking water from two deep private wells and our own reservoir, the pressure is excellent.
