Oak wooden floor has been replaced in the toilet and shower room by similar porcelanato floor that looks like wooden one. On the other side of the house there is another bedroom and white bathroom filled with daylight. All the rooms have access to the terrace that is green and natural continuation of the leaving spaces. Terrace is 115m2 private space. It opens for beautiful views with zurqui mountain and every evening delivers amazing sunsets. We have planed there bbq area, dinning space and a chillout zone with original wooden hot tub that makes the experience even more magical. There is also storage unite and washing room. Terrace is finished with polished concrete and lines of river rocks. The space is surrounded by the plants like bamboo, palms, bananos, decorative ginger, blooming bougainvilleas, papyrus and salvia that attracts colourful butterflies. Property has a form of two platforms: upper platform: 534m2, lower platform: 400m2. The house is constructed on the upper one. In the lower part we have organised additional terrace.
